Alphabet Letters

I made these from a pattern I bought on Etsy. It was quite tricky at first but I improved as I went on.
I am planning on making lots of words or names.

Gorgeous skirt

I spent all day making this gorgeous little skirt for myself. I had to unpick the zip three times but it is finally finished and I learnt a lot about how to use the sewing machine etc. Also I learnt from my mistakes so hopefully the next one will be easier. But it is lined and has a zip and is very wearable so I am pleased as it was my first attempt.

My book!

This is my book! I am so excited as today I had it published on Blurb.com and have sold my first copy to my delicious friends Debs and Tony!!!
I have had 7 people like it too, although I have no idea who they are as they could be anywhere in the world! Amazing. xxx

This is the latest piccy of our
beautiful garden.

We are now building a bbq/pizza house beside the shed (chapel!), between the two pillars, which will have 2 lovely little stained glass windows at the front. I hope to decorate the inside like a shell grotto so have been busy collecting shells from the beach, which is back breaking work! The lights at night make the garden like a space station!

This is a recent picture of our "shed" that we are having built in our garden. It is truly magnificent and looks fantastic!
The window is enormous and is almost restored. Lets hope it fits!!
We are having the topping out party this weekend with lots of delicious Nepalese food which Phil and I will make on the day. I expect there will lots of alcohol consumed and we have a 3 litre bottle of fizz to share to celebrate, which Phil won at a charity event. As our builder Alan (pictured) drinks for Britain there will be plenty of frivility and fun and games I expect!
